SHIPPING & RETURNS
All of our candles and wax melts are sent via Royal Mail Tracked48 within 5 days of placing the order. Please allow 7 business days for arrival.
If for any reason customer are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for a refund exchange.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

Be returned within 30 days of your delivery date

Be in its original, unused, unaltered and undamaged condition.

Be returned with original tags and packaging

If the item is faulty please return within 30 days and we also ask you send photos of the damaged item.

Orders are processed for shipment from 'the willow fox candle co' from Monday to Friday, orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked24.

We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you would like to return any items please contact us at thewillowfoxcandleco@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt of parcel. After this I will not be able to accept returns.
Please use an insured and trackable service for all returns. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns

Please include your order number by enclosing original invoice with a tick next to the items you wish to return for a refund
All parcels are packaged well and thoroughly checked before sending. If any item/s break after they have arrived at the destination in perfect condition as sent i.e. are being used in the customers home then get damaged we will not be able to refund you.
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived please do contact us asap at the above email with your order no. and or clear photographs of the damaged product/s if relevant). We will then contact Royal Mail to investigate to claim for compensation.
